Accessible automatic back up solution with online storage

Hey guys

Does anyone have a set up where one or more folders are backed up to an online storage space regularly (like once a day).
I had a virus attack yesterday, that I fended off with some registry hacking and Malwarebytes, but I realized I need greater data security, and I prefer online back up to backing up to a hard drive (especially since my employer will give me some money towards that).
Does anyone have an accessible set up for this using Dropbox, Skydrive or some other online storage together with back up software?

try carbonite from http://www.carbonite.com. very accessible, can upload loads, and is only limited by your upload and download speeds. hth.
